戴平凡，三明学院副教授，2018年12月西安交通大学计算数学专业博士毕业, 主持福建省自然科学基金项目2项, 参与国家自然科学基金1项。 在Journal of Scientific Computing、Advance in Computational Mathematics、Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics、Linear Algebra and its Applications等期刊发表学术论文20余篇，获福建省自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖2项。
