       报告摘要：The recent breakthroughs on the Kahn--Kalai conjectures open up new paths to understanding the thresholds and other related problems in probabilistic combinatorics, most notably, the spreadness technique. Here we give a brief survey on this exciting topic and some recent results.

       报告人简介：韩杰，北京理工大学数学与统计学院教授，博导。 主要研究方向为极值图论、理论计算机等。2015 年于美国佐治亚州立大学获博士学位，2018年至2020 年于美国罗德岛大学任tenure-track助理教授，获美国Simons Foundation 基金资助（2019-2024）。2021 年获国家高层次青年人才计划，加入北京理工大学数学与统计学院。现任中国运筹学会图论组合分会常务理事。在JCTB, JCTA, TAMS, JLMS, IMRN等数学类杂志发表学术论文40余篇， 在SODA等计算机理论顶级会议发表论文7篇。
